Description

A grounding practice helps you to stay present, reduce stress and regain clarity by rooting your energy in the physical world. In our session, I will introduce you to mediation or grounding techniques, ideal for anyone struggling with anxiety or feeling overwhelmed. By calming the nervous system, it helps to improve overall well-being and mental health. You are welcomed to bring your crystals, I can show you how to use crystals in your grounding practice. This one to one session is for 75 mins and takes place over Zoom, where you will leave the session feeling centered, focused and at peace. A recording of the session will be available.
