Join me in helping you to focus on your grounding practices. A grounding practice helps you to stay present, reduce stress and regain clarity by rooting your energy in the physical world. This workshop is ideal for anyone struggling with anxiety or feeling overwhelmed, especially those new to mediation or grounding techniques. By calming the nervous system, it helps to improved overall well-being and mental health. You are welcomed to bring your crystals, I will be showing you how to use crystals in your grounding practice. This interactive class is for 90 mins and takes place over Zoom, where you will leave the workshop feeling centered, focused and at peace. A recording of the session will be available.
